Delicate Green Dots - tutorial

Here's another green nail art tutorial!
I feel like green isn't one of my personal favorite colors to use in nail art, or even to wear on my  own nails in general.  So I feel like there's a big gap in my tutorial arsenal.  Guess that's why I did two green tutorials in a row.

This one is really easy.  For tools, only a dotting too (or toothpick) required.
